Where do you ship to?

We ship to European Union Countries, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. In case you would like to order from another country, please get in contact with us before the order, and we will look for a way to arrange the shipping at a reasonable cost for you. Please note that shipping to Switzerland and the United Kingdom is subject to import/export from the EU regulations; therefore, additional import costs might apply according to your local laws and import authorities. The shipping cost depends on the weight of the package and the destination. The exact amount will be automatically calculated before the checkout
What is included in the delivery cost?

The delivery cost includes safe packaging, insurance cost and shipping cost to your location.
Is personal pickup possible?

Absolutely! Personal pickup is available. We're located near the beautiful city of Ljubljana, Slovenia. Just let us know in advance, and we'll be happy to arrange your visit and personal pickup.
